About Us
Sacred Space Essentials began in 2002, in the beautiful township of Bellingen, in the mid-north coast of New South Wales, Australia.
I was introduced to Rescue Remedy by my Herbalist in 1990 to help me live with epilepsy. It made such difference that I studied Bach Flower Remedies at College the following year.

I began making my own formula in an atomiser to safely access Rescue Remedy during seizure. Our first combination remedy, Tranquillity for People, was created shortly after, as I realised how much benefit this would be to others dealing with everyday stresses in their lives.
​Made from dew drops potentised by the sun, and diluted in a homeopathic-type manner, Flower Remedies are a very pure form of vibrational healing that does not interfere with medications or other forms of treatment.
​Over the many years of making Flower Remedies for myself, friends and family, common themes became obvious. With the intention of helping others help themselves and their families, naturally, and non-invasively, Sacred Space Essentials was born.

It's my desire to help the world heal on as many levels as possible. Flower Remedies help people, pets, plants, and our sacred spaces return to balance and harmony, and from that place, to blossom, just as flowers do.​
